Chapel made of bones. This is the first time I ever saw a real human skull. Very creepy? Yes. The bones belong to deceased monks who used to serve this neighborhood. It used to be common practice that 10 years after burial, bones would exhumed due to shortage of burial space. If you are a monk, then the most venerable resting place would be for your bones to be used in a chapel wall like this one. ?.
